I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Acton. The room was super clean, elegant, and had perfect temperature control. The bathroom was amazing, and I loved the touch screen light switch system. The location was ideal, being close to public transport and right in the center of Acton. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to leave my luggage after check-out and even helping me charge my phone.

The bar, staff, and room were excellent. Easy to find, good for traveling to Heathrow Airport. Lovely building, fresh and new inside. Comfy bed, high-tech lighting, spacious bathroom with modern facilities. Pleasant pub on the ground floor. Good breakfast and unlimited drinks. Refurbished to a high standard, super clean, efficient service. Quiet room, great soundproofing. Personal service in a busy location. Highly recommended.

During my backpacking trip, I had a great experience staying at a hotel located conveniently near a big grocery shop in Acton. The hotel is also close to public transport, making it easy for me to explore the city. The room was well-appointed, with a modern design and all necessary amenities. The bathroom was clean and had a good shower. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome and offering assistance whenever needed. The breakfast options were satisfying, and I enjoyed the variety of dishes available. the location, room, service, and breakfast exceeded my expectations.

We loved staying here! The location in Acton Town centre was perfect for us, close to the Morrison's supermarket and many restaurants. The service was exceptional, the housekeeping staff did an amazing job, and the welcome drink was a nice touch. We also appreciated the tours/ticket assistance and happy hour. The room amenities were great, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, in-room safe. The staff were friendly and provided good service. We enjoyed the leisure facilities, especially the sun terrace and garden area.

The room I stayed in was very spacious with a nice bathroom. The facilities at the hotel were well-appointed and clean, giving off a genuine 4-star quality. Despite being located in Acton, it was a good base for exploring West London, with decent restaurants nearby.

I have to mention one drawback though - I was disappointed to find that my room had no windows and was quite dark. the lack of tea making facilities in the room was a letdown, as it was advertised as having them.
